Llyndinshire COVID-19 Plan

We’ve implemented a number of procedures to provide the safest and most enjoyable environment for golfers and our staff. Most importantly, when visiting our course, we ask that you always maintain a physical distance of a minimum of 2 meters from all golfers and staff. Please be sure to read all of the information below, as this will help us all as we navigate these safety precautions.

This plan is subject to change. Please check our ‘COVID-19 Plan’ on our website frequently and especially before coming to the course. We reserve the right to ask anyone not in compliance with these procedures to leave the premises.

Booking and Payment

  • You must book a tee time prior to coming to the course.

  • We encourage you to use our online booking and payment option.

  • You can also pay by credit card over the phone.

Before You Arrive

  • Please do not come to the course if you feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell.

  • Before leaving home, you may wish to download and print a copy of our scorecard directly from the home page of our website.

When You Arrive & Checking-in

  • Stay in your vehicle until 15 minutes prior to your tee time.

  • Maintain a physical distance of a minimum of 2 meters/6 feet from all golfers and staff.

  • Check-in at the outdoor check-in station and follow the directions provided by our staff.

  • Scorecards and pencils will be available upon request.

Clubhouse & Washrooms

  • The Clubhouse (including the proshop and restaurant) is closed to golfers and the public.

  • Although the Clubhouse is closed, the washrooms will be accessible.

  • There will be increased sanitation practices for washrooms, counters, doorknobs and other touch points.

Golf Carts, Pull Carts & Club Rentals

  • The Ontario Government now requires all riders of power carts that DO NOT reside in the same household to WEAR A MASK.

  • If you’re able to walk the course, we encourage you to do so.

  • Golfers are asked to dispose of their own garbage from the cart after use.

  • Golf carts and pull carts will be sanitized before and after use.

  • No club rentals will be available. Each golfer must use their own equipment (no sharing clubs).

Food & Beverage

  • Our restaurant is closed to golfers and the public.

  • Only prepackaged snacks and beverages will be available for purchase using our on-course food and beverage app. Simply go to our website (llyndinshire.com) to access the app. We will only be accepting payments by credit card (we will not be accepting cash at this time).

  • Bringing your own alcohol to the course is strictly prohibited, as this is a violation of Ontario’s Liquor Licence Act.

On the Course

  • For your safety, rakes, ball washers and spike cleaners have been removed.

  • Do not remove flags when putting. Use your putter to lift our specially designed pins to remove the ball from the hole.

Following Your Game

  • Please refrain from handshaking.

  • No gathering with others.

  • We ask that you do not linger at the course or in the parking lot.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
